Health
With a need for improved accessibility, Halifax Health partnered with Noon to build Class A medical space and streamline service lines. We guided Halifax Health through the development of a 3-acre, 55,000 sq. ft. medical office facility. We also worked with Halifax to immediately expand their high-quality brand with four walk-in clinics representing an additional 11,000 sq. ft. and broadening access to Halifax Health in this region. This project included site selection, real estate development, construction management, service line optimization, landlord and tenant coordination, and continued operations support.
