CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — (Nov. 10, 2017) Noon Development, LLC and the Plastic Surgery Group broke ground yesterday on a three-story commercial complex located at the corner of Riverfront Parkway and West M.L. King Boulevard. 901 Riverfront Pkwy will bring more than 33,000 sq. ft. of new commercial space to the downtown area.

“There is lots of great re-development going on in the city, but nothing like this new commercial space has been offered close to the city center in years,” said Bob Elliott, president of Noon Development. “This area of Riverfront Parkway is booming with new residential and commercial developments. Additionally, more apartments are opening downtown and on the Southside. This type of development activity has really opened the door for a new class of office space to the area.”

The Plastic Surgery Group & Hayes Hand Center will anchor the building with their new headquarters on the first floor in 2018.

Dr. Jason Rehm, managing partner for the Plastic Surgery Group and Hayes Hand Center, said, “As our practice continues to grow, we wanted a space that would provide the best location and accessibility for our patients. This exciting new office will also provide designs that allow easy access to new technology and equipment, and continue to provide our patients with the state-of-the-art care from the surgeons Chattanoogans have turned to since 1958.  We’re more than excited about this next chapter in the Group’s history.”

The project will open in the summer of 2018. The three-story, 33,000 square foot building will provide quick access to I-27, as well as to the rest of downtown. Limited space is still available for lease. Interested parties can contact Bob Elliott at (423) 531-1330.
