NEW MEDICAL BUILDING UNDER CONSTRUCTION ON LYERLY STREET

TENANTS INCLUDE SOUTHEASTERN SPINE, SUMMIT PHYSICAL THERAPY, AND SPECIALISTS IN PAIN MANAGEMENT

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – (Dec. 7, 2016) Noon Development announces the construction of Lyerly Medical Pavilion II, located on Lyerly Street. Tenants will include Southeastern Spine, Summit Physical Therapy, Pediatric Diagnostic Associates and Specialists in Pain Management.

“Because of its easy access to the downtown area, hospitals, and other medical services, this is a splendid location for any clinical office that is looking for a brand new, modern space,” said Hodgen Mainda, vice president of Noon Development. “We are very pleased to have two anchor tenants to announce before the building is even completed.”

Southeastern Spine will relocate its headquarters from Citico Avenue, and Summit Physical Therapy will open its eighth location in the space. Specialists in Pain Management and Pediatric Diagnostic Associates, will relocate their offices to the space.

The building, a 30,000 square foot property, includes a secured lot and substantial parking. It is a convenient five-minute drive from three hospitals: CHI Memorial, Erlanger Baroness Campus and Parkridge Medical Center.

GenTech Construction Company and River Street Architecture are responsible for project construction and architectural design, respectively. Lyerly Medical Pavilion II is locally owned and operated by Noon Development.
