Halifax Health Breaks Ground on First of Four ExpressCare Locations at Belvedere Medical Park-Port Orange

Today Halifax Health in partnership with Noon Development has broken ground on one of four ExpressCare locations in Volusia County. In addition to breaking ground on the ExpressCare locations, Noon Development and Halifax Health are also breaking ground on Belvedere Medical Park- Port Orange, a medical office park.
