Noon Development Announces New Medical Office Building at Buckles Court

Noon Development, a group specializing in building technically advanced medical office space, will build a multi-tenant medical office at Buckles Court, bringing Class-A medical real estate to the community of Gahanna.
The new construction will be a 20,000 square foot medical office building anchored by Vive Vascular and Foot and Ankle Specialists of Central Ohio. The building will be located on Lot 2 at 720 Buckles Court and is a part of the master development of Crescent at Central Park, home to over 100 acres of mixed-use development.

Noon Development expects to break ground on the medical space in spring 2022. The new building will be a part of the development of commercial and retail space, open parkland, green spaces and residential housing in Crescent at Central Park.
