A national expert in building technically advanced medical office space, Noon Development, will build a multi-tenant medical office, bringing Class-A medical real estate to the community of Gahanna.

The group broke ground on the construction of a 46,000 square-foot medical office building anchored by Vive Vascular, Trillium Surgery Center, Foot and Ankle Specialists of Central Ohio and Optum. The building will be located on 680 Buckles Court North and is a part of the master development of Crescent at Central Park, which includes over 100 acres of mixed-use development.

“We are thrilled to make a significant investment in Ohio and expand our footprint to the area,” said president of Noon Development, Bob Elliott. “Gahanna is growing quickly, and we saw a wonderful opportunity to bring a new medical office to this area.”

The new building will be a part of the development of commercial and retail space, open parkland, green spaces and residential housing in Crescent at Central Park.

“Over the last two years, the Crescent at Central Park has risen to the top as a choice location for top medical providers in Central Ohio,” said City of Gahanna Mayor Laurie Jadwin. “This new medical building, which will house three medical specialty practices and an independent surgery center, is the third facility to be added to the Crescent since 2020, adding even more high quality medical options for our residents and jobs to our economy. We look forward to reinforcing that momentum as we break ground on this latest phase of development at the Crescent at Central Park.”

The building is fully leased to multiple medical providers.

“This project will be incredibly important to our expansion,” said vascular surgeon and founder of Vive Vascular and Trillium Surgery Center, Dr. Krishna Mannava. “With proximity to John Glenn International Airport, we are greatly improving access to state-of-the-art outpatient vascular care here in Central Ohio and nationally.”

Convenient location off Interstate 270, generous parking, and proximity to other healthcare services make this new building ideal for medical specialties.

“Quality healthcare is incredibly important, but convenience can make all the difference for someone actually getting the care they need,” said Dr. Timothy Holmes at Foot and Ankle Specialists of Central Ohio. The group has seen rapid expansion in the region. Another leading provider and Gahanna native, Dr. Scott Gurwin, commented, “This opportunity to expand into a new, modern office with attached imaging and physical therapy will provide Central Ohioans increased access to the specialty services we offer.”

Molly Leach, First Vice President at CBRE, brokered the transactions. Leach said CBRE, in coordination with Noon Development, the city of Gahanna and Larry Canini — Crescent's master developer — are assembling what will become a medical office complex at the site.

"This will be a coordinated care campus where patients can receive a wide range of services in a one-stop shop," Leach said.
