Noon Development Completes Renovation of Lee Highway Medical Office Building

Noon Development has completed the renovation of 6787 Lee Highway, transforming a nearly 16,000-square-foot former retail and commercial property into modern medical office space. The building is now fully leased to Pediatric Diagnostic Associates and Diana Health.

Noon Development and Pediatric Diagnostic Associates partnered on the project and together they marked the completion with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Pediatric Diagnostic Associates, which has provided pediatric care in the Chattanooga region since 1935, opened its new location earlier this year. Diana Health, a women’s health care provider, also recently joined the building as a new tenant.

The property offered an opportunity to convert an underutilized commercial site into medical office space, with 60 parking spaces and convenient access to I-75 and Hwy. 153. Improvements included interior renovations, an extended sidewalk, and newly planted trees around the property.

“Pediatric Diagnostic Associates has been part of the Chattanooga community since 1935, and this Lee Highway location reflects that same 90-year commitment to trusted, family-centered care,” said Dr. R. Anthony Friddell, managing partner at Pediatric Diagnostic Associates. “We’re continuing to put down deep roots in the community both as an independent, physician-owned practice and as joint owners in this development.”

Diana Health provides women’s health care through coordinated services including obstetrics, gynecology, mental health, nutrition and wellness.

“Diana Health has been growing across Tennessee, and this Lee Highway location allows us to bring coordinated care to more women and families in the Chattanooga area,” said Dr. Jack Rowland, medical director at Diana Health. “The space was designed around the way our care teams work together, allowing us to provide convenient, comprehensive care close to home.”

The project reflects Noon Development’s approach to adapting existing commercial properties for medical users, providing physicians and health care organizations with opportunities to establish or expand practices in established locations.

“Noon Development is proud to welcome Diana Health to Lee Highway alongside Pediatric Diagnostic Associates,” said Todd Kimling of Noon Development. “This project demonstrates how an existing commercial property can be repositioned to meet the growing demand for medical office space while creating a better experience for tenants, patients and visitors.”

Noon Development has additional opportunities available for physicians and health care organizations seeking to expand through ownership, custom renovation or leasing. For more information, contact Noon Development at 423-531-1330.
